We are seeking someone with a successful track record in providing sound recruitment and HR advice and support, within a collaborative team environment. To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Experience providing sound HR advice and guidance on a diverse range of HR related issues.
  • Capability to manage recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews.
  • Confidence in leading disciplinary processes.
  • Understanding of performance management processes, including the development of performance improvement plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills.
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Sound oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work as part of a committed, high performing team.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, based in our Hamilton support office, this is a full-time role.
