HOURS & COMPENSATION

This is a full-time position paying $ 23.12/hr – $32.42/hr. The hourly range represents the anticipated low and high end of the hourly range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual, skills, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities:

The People & Culture Assistant is a great role for someone who wants to immerse themselves in all aspects of People & Culture. This role will support the P&C department’s initiatives and ensure the effective handling of day-to-day administrative and operational functions when it comes to People Operations, Learning Talent & Development, and Talent Acquisition. You will collaborate with the Senior People Operations Specialist to spearhead projects and tasks that arise. This position will not only be a trusted point of contact for the team but the entire company.
