People Operations Analyst will be part of Tipalti’s global People Operations team. Accountable for ensuring the smooth running of some of our core processes and procedures which are at the heart of the experience of our people and the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end HR operational and administration of all People related processes, including all employee documentation, maintenance of employee files, systems updates, onboarding, local and international movements, offboarding, life cycle events, supporting payroll, benefits administration, providing references, processing invoices, and providing support to any other divisions within the HR organization.
  • To provide an efficient and responsive People Operations service, acting as the first point of contact for all People Operations queries, and providing advice and guidance to managers and staff across Tipalti.
  • Maintain data integrity on all HR & Payroll Systems, through timely recording and upkeep of information.
  • Identify and resolve data inaccuracies and inadequacies to improve data integrity within HRIS.
  • Undertake administrative tasks for the complete employee lifecycle, this will include but is not limited to logging absences, monitoring probation periods, managing all parental leave requests, creating and changing employee records
  • Participate in both local and global People projects.
  • Use in-depth knowledge of analyzing data to develop reports, templates, dashboards, score cards and metrics to:
  • Create and deliver the monthly HR Management Information report using a variety of bespoke systems
  • Provide bespoke data analysis and insights, measurement, and tracking methodologies for HR deliverables
  • Define reporting relating to employee data and statistics in response to stakeholder requests, ensuring on-time delivery
  • Map, document, and maintain a library of People’s operational processes
