Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
  • Setting up, delivering, optimising and evaluating campaigns across paid social channels (primarily LinkedIn & Meta) with scope to grow and develop across paid search & other programmatic channels
  • Tackling daily marketing challenges and hands-on problem-solving in a supportive team environment
  • Launching and optimising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit)
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and trends, ensuring our campaigns are targeting the most effective keywords.
  • Create compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating regular reports and providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure optimal use of resources and maximum return on investment.
  • Staying abreast of emerging digital and social trends, platforms, and features to drive strategy
  • There will be opportunities to grow and learn other performance channels including Paid Social (Primarily Linkedin and Meta) and programmatic video
