JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to our CEO. In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative and operational support, ensuring the CEO operates at maximum efficiency. You will be a key point of contact, managing the CEO’s appointments and communication.

- Experience Level: Mid level

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Executive Assistance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Plan and organize meetings with external bodies.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to drive.
- Must be comfortable with animals.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements where necessary.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively manage their workload.
- Actively liaise with relevant departments, management and external organizations on meetings and project delivery.
- Provide strategic and analytical support as required such as project monitoring.
- Draft correspondence, emails, and reports for the CEO.
- Arrange for office supplies, equipment, and other administrative needs.
- Maintain confidentiality of all CEO communications and business matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
