QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate family events and activities. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel logistics for family members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and handle any travel-related issues.
  • Errands and Shopping: Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other tasks as needed. Ensure timely completion of these errands to support daily household needs.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide support for family members personal needs, including managing personal appointments, handling special requests, and assisting with day-to-day tasks as required.
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage family gatherings, parties, and special events. Coordinate with vendors and ensure all aspects of the events are executed smoothly.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding family matters and personal information. Handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
