Description:

Maintain patient dignity and confidentiality at all times. Adhere to Trust Aseptic Non-Touch Technique Policy (ANTT). Work unsupervised in our hospital settings, community clinics and undertakingdomiciliary (home) visits.along with business insurance. Keep fully stocked Phlebotomy trolleys, cupboards and drawers within blood collectingunits and clinics and support stock taking out in the community settings.
Maintain work areas and trolleys, keeping them clean, neat, and tidy. Undertake surveys/audits when requested to do so. Attend to staff and patients queries, referring appropriately. Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations Use of a visual display unit to book appointments and access the Trust intranet, Q-pulse and work-related e-mails.
There is a commitment to work a seven-day service inclusive of bank holidays betweenthe hours of 08:00 and 20:00. Must be flexible to adapt to the needs of the service. It will be necessary to cover other staff when required. Any duties as defined by the Phlebotomy Operations Manager and Team leader in charge
