CHANGE ORDER SPECIALIST
At Engineering Office you will be a key contributor to the next generation outstanding luxury cars from Volvo. The section Product Documentation is in total approximately 100 persons within six different groups. We have the responsibility of all releases of models, drawings, parts and product numbers within Volvo Car Group. The department is working closely with both engineering and car projects within the company.
As Change Order Specialist you are responsible for implementing changes and updates in the two PLM-systems (KDP, TCPLM) of Volvo Car Groups products, both during the development and in running production. You work together and in cooperation with engineers from various development units within R&D and with factories among others. You will have a predefined area of responsibility like Engine components or Software for various functions or equivalent and you will act as a representative for your area in different projects. As a CO-Specialist you are working in a team of colleagues who is working in parallel with you in similar areas of responsibility.
You will also participate in the transformation from one PLM system (KDP) to a new one (TCPLM). Be able to act as a super user to test different ways of working, give feedback and implement changes to build the best PLM system as possible.

Responsibilities:
- Implementing changes and updates in the PLM-systems KDP, TCPLM
- Make sure that the parts list and specifications are updated
- Support engineers within the area of Vehicle Tophat and Platform
- Working in the system KDP aswell as TCPLM, two mainframe based system which is holding the base data connected to all parts and cars within Volvo Car Group
