Description:

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Pool Monitor will provide quality customer service to guests using the pool and clubhouse areas, and be a friendly, helpful team member to our clients, vendors, and associates. This position will also have administrative duties assisting department managers as directed.
Compensation: $16-18/hr

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have a minimum of a GED or a High School Diploma.
  • Proficient in English.

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard, distributing mail and packages.
  • Must be able to hear to place and receive telephone calls as an essential function of the job.
  • Must have good verbal and written skills in order to converse in a clear manner when answering incoming phone calls and be able to capture a message in written form and deliver to the appropriate co-workers.
  • Must be mobile enough to move around the office to make copies, distribute mail, etc.
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and register all homeowners and guests.
  • Enforce pool rule, policies, and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons.
  • Complete daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Test pool water chemistry and maintain appropriate records, as applicable.
  • Clean and sanitize pool, pool area, restrooms, and shower areas after each homeowner use.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
  • Wiping down tables daily and ensuring the pool area and bathrooms are free of trash.
  • Set up and take down umbrellas daily.
  • Enforce rules.
  • Monitor water quality
