    Mō te tūranga | About the Role
    The Portfolio Head – Innovation, Loyalty & Ecosystem is a key leadership role where you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing the strategic direction and objectives for your portfolio. You will drive all key deliverables across the portfolio, including delivery of a roadmap whilst appropriately managing risk. Your leadership will ensure our product suite remains competitive in the market, driving both customer satisfaction and commercial success. In this role you will also lead and develop a high performing team of product professionals, and successfully influence across Westpac New Zealand and the wider industry.
    The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can inspire and role model effective product management across the team. This role provides the opportunity to lead initiatives that will transform our target state experience

  • Significant Cards, Loyalty & Ecosystem integration experience
  • Experience leading across a value chain, including driving a high-performance culture for your direct team (within financial services).
  • Demonstrated experience improving NPS, commercial, risk and people outcomes, including through data driven insights.
  • High levels of commercial acumen, leadership capability and delivery focus demonstrated through measurable results.
  • Influencing and relationship building to an Executive level.
  • Demonstrated experience managing digital products or optimising digital experiences.
  • Product management experience within financial services (10+ years).
