POST-DOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOW

The position will be in a research group within the Molecular Medicine program under the supervision of Dr. Michal Koziarski, with a focus on machine learning-driven discovery of bioactive small molecules. The main goal of the group is development of ML-based pipelines utilizing generative models and active learning for efficient exploration of chemical space, and applications to the discovery of anti-aging interventions. We are looking for a candidate interested in the fundamental research on the ML methods driven by the downstream applications, and aligned with the goal of extending healthy human lifespan.
Earliest start date: October 1st, 2024.
Length of contract: 1 year, with a possibility of extension.
