The product area is Workload Automation – where we are a leader, challenging the status quo.
We are looking for a dedicated Presales Enginner (m/f/d) for the North American market, based in the US (remote work).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients in person and remotely for sales presentations
- Prepare and deliver effective technical presentations & live product overviews (demo) throughout the different stages of new Account acquisition, but also upsell and cross-sell among the existing customer base
- Validate customer requirements and use cases to propose valuable solutions to clients
- Demonstrate the value proposition of products and services to various persona types for prospective customers
- Continuous learning of new technologies and our Enterprise Automation portfolio
- Create and contribute to proposals making them technically sound, deliverable, and competitive
- Lead and contribute to completion of RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s
- Responsible for the technical components of Statement of Work including pre-requisites, responsibilities, technical scaling factors, out of scope, etc.
- Provide lessons learned feedback including customer feedback and win/loss analysis to Sales, Presales, Product Management and Product Marketing
- Knowledge sharing with peers in other regions
Requirements:
- You have a degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics or comparable vocational training.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the workload automation software environment
- Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, AI, ERP, MFT, CRM, Data Pipeline, DevOps and ITSM is an advantage.
- You have a high affinity for complex systems and data flows and their integration into a networked system landscape.
- You have strong methodological knowledge in classic and agile project business with interdisciplinary teams, ideally in an international environment.
- You are a team player and are characterized by your hands-on-oriented way of working and your professional and situational view of priorities.
- Strong communication skills, a high degree of initiative and self-motivation are a matter of course for you.
- Excellent oral and written English skills.
