Role Overview: You will oversee the management and growth of our two-sided marketplace. You will be responsible for balancing the needs of healthcare providers (HCPs) with the commercial objectives of pharmaceutical companies. Your role will involve continuous experimentation to enhance the value provided to HCPs through prescribing information and assistance, while optimizing the platform’s commercial potential for pharmaceutical clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management) or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or a tech startup environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing two-sided marketplace products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with large datasets and integrating AI functionalities is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our two-sided marketplace, aligned with company goals.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, market research, and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive engagement and satisfaction for both HCPs and pharmaceutical clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create intuitive and effective solutions that balance the needs of both user groups.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to understand the goals and objectives of pharmaceutical customers.
  • Work with user experience (UX) and design teams to better understand and address the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including planning, development, testing, and iteration.
  • Analyze product performance and user engagement to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Experiment with new features and offerings to optimize the value provided to HCPs and the commercial success for pharmaceutical clients.
  • Ensure fast time-to-value for HCPs while ensuring positive brand engagement for pharmaceutical customers.
  • Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
