Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an on-site role based in Marshall, NC. As our Process Engineer, you will be at the heart of our production and efficiency optimization efforts. This position is ideal for someone who’s skilled at driving continuous improvement, passionate about problem-solving, and ready to tackle unique challenges in the functional beverage industry. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to implement changes, streamline operations, and ensure our processes meet the highest quality and efficiency standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead Process Improvement: Analyze current production processes, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Optimize Production Lines: Design and modify equipment layouts, recommend new technology, and oversee equipment maintenance schedules to keep our production lines running smoothly.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with quality control, operations, and R&D teams to maintain rigorous product standards while exploring innovative solutions.
  • Support Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and execute environmentally-friendly processes that align with our sustainability goals.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all process changes and improvements meet regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records for quality assurance and compliance.
