- Safety Design philosophy, Fire & Gas philosophy,, Safety Critical Elements and Performance standards, Technical Integrity Verification plan, ALARP
- Safety Integrity Level (SIL) determination studies
- Fire, Gas Dispersion & Explosion Analysis (FGDEA), Quantitative risk assessment (QRA)
