The Product Management – Clinical Chemistry & Integrated Product Lines for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Sales Product Support for Clinical Chemistry and Integrated Product Line. Provides pre and/or post-sales support. Develops and actions per product line marketing initiatives. Manage product life cycle (launch to obsolescence). Provides link between marketing programs and sales initiatives. Revenue (RR & HW) Forecasting, Budgeting & Tracking. Sales Product Training.
This position is part of the Marketing department located in South Africa, Centurion and will be on-site at Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Product Marketing Team and report to the Marlette van Graan the Marketing Manager of Southern Africa, responsible for the Marketing Portfolio in Southern Africa. THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc Medical Sciences, Clinical Pathology or equivalent) qualification with 9+ years’ experience.
  • Business Management/Marketing diploma an added advantage
  • System Knowledge: Oracle, Business Objects, SFDC
  • Microsoft Office Suite – MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook
  • 4 to 6 years’ experience in sales environment, ideally in IVD / Medical Devices industry
  • Previous hands-on experience on Beckman Coulter Clinical Chemistry Products an advantage

TRAVEL, MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD & PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to travel – overnight, within territory or locations
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
