Description:

Product Manager - Co Brands & Financial Partnerships
As Product Manager (Co-Brands & Financial Partnerships), you will be responsible for developing Hilton’s co-brand card portfolio in Europe. You will play an integral role in the expansion of our co-brand market strategy by developing robust business models to support business case development in collaboration with Finance. You will work closely with internal teams (e.g. Marketing and Loyalty, Technology, Cyber Security) and our co-brand partners to deliver best-in-class value propositions that drive Hilton Honors stays and on-property spend.
This position is a new role based in Watford, UK. You will report to the Senior Manager, Co-Brand Europe.

More specifically, you will:

  • Manage relationships with our co-brand partners on a day-to-day basis ensuring we are meeting performance targets, contractual obligations and delivering operational excellence
  • Support the development and expansion of our co-brand market strategy by assessing and leveraging market trends and insights, evaluating commercial opportunities and providing ROI led recommendations
  • Understanding technical requirements and ensuring they are clearly defined and aligned with business goals.
  • Build and deliver innovative project roadmaps in collaboration with multiple internal teams (e.g. Technology, Finance) and our co-brand partners that enhance our co-brand value proposition and profitability
  • Ensuring the product’s technical aspects are feasible and align with the latest technological standards and practices.
  • Lead the technical creation and implementation of acquisition and engagement offers and new channel development (e.g. booking path) in collaboration with Technology and our co-brand partners
  • Build and refine business models in collaboration with Finance to support with business case development and portfolio growth
  • Own annual KPI planning and provide strategic leadership and support to 1 analyst in the team in the delivery of monthly and quarterly performance reporting
  • Stay apprised of the competitive landscape to evaluate areas of risk and opportunity against our yearly business goals.

To fulfil this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in partnerships and/or in a product, finance or operations role at a global organization
  • Fluent English

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree and/or MA/MS Master’s Degree
  • Experience in supporting business case development and forecasting
  • An understanding of credit card value proposition building to engage customers
  • An understanding of working closely with Technology teams to secure prioritization and resource
