The Product Operations team includes Product Operations, Product Marketing, and Product Analytics. We are a team that doesn’t just meet standards and follow processes, we continuously refine them. Let’s talk about the role

As a Product Operations Manager, you will spearhead innovation and drive excellence in product operations. You will refine and shape our methodologies and roll changes out with rigor and efficiency. You will also be responsible for constantly seeking out the latest advancements and refining our internal arsenal of solutions/tools. You will work with both internal teams and 3rd parties ensuring we are clear and concise about product value and 3rd party costs.   • Deliver projects and process refinement to speed up time to market, elevate quality, and improve business outcomes.
  • Support Product and Tech teams to manage product development processes to be on time and on budget, improving efficiency.
  • Focus changes and success based on data driven analytics.
  • Leverage organizational tools and systems to gather the right quantitative and qualitative data from the right places in the product development process to enable the creation of refined processes.
  • Work closely with product leadership and product managers to execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business unit goals.
  • Drive collaboration and clear communication between product leaders, designers, engineers, sales, and customer experience teams to excel at process rigor.
  • Facilitate processes that ensure alignment, communication, and collaboration between product leaders and customer facing teams.
  • Manage the tools and systems used by the product team for road mapping, prototyping, and other product development activities.
  • Set up onboarding and training programs to keep the team performing at its best.
  • Facilitate Product Development Training and methodology alignment and integration.
  • Enable strong feedback loops between product team and internal customer-facing teams.
  • Manage strategic product initiatives, including planning, progress tracking, risk management, issue escalation, communication, and stakeholder reporting.

Let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in process engineering or business preferred.
  • 5+ years in Product Operations
  • Proven expertise in evaluating and refining the Product development life cycle using an agile methodology.
  • An understanding of change management and ability to influence others through successful, accountable process change
  • Skills and demonstrated success in managing and measuring outcomes of process change

Preferred:

  • Experience in multiple methodologies
  • Proven success developing processes for SaaS in FinTech or HealthTech

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
Base Pay Range for this position:
$94,000 - $118,000
