Hi there!
We’ve been quite productive recently, and as our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you’ll wear multiple hats and oversee both our Integrations and Core Product teams. The Integrations team ensures seamless connectivity between our platform and other hospitality tech solutions, while the Core Product team focuses on building new features and upgrading older parts of our system. Your primary focus will be acting as Product Owner for the Integrations team and leading efforts to modernize parts of the Core Product .You can work remotely in Europe or choose remote, hybrid, or on-site work in Finland (office located in Espoo). What you’ll be doing:

  • Product Vision & Roadmap: Shape and maintain the product roadmap, prioritize features, handle bug reports, and evaluate change requests.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to define needs, create user stories, and turn customer feedback into actionable tasks.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver projects. Lead sprints and ensure team alignment.
  • Customer Focus: Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring both teams deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Provide product-related support to internal teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality processes to ensure reliable integrations.
  • Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation (e.g., user guides, API docs) and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define key success metrics, analyze usage data, and generate reports to guide product improvements.

You’ll feel home if:

  • You have strong experience in a technical product ownership role, ideally with a background in the hotel tech industry. Experience with PMS & S&C systems and API integrations, especially between PMS, S&C, and booking platforms, is highly valued.
  • You have strong technical skills and an understanding of system architecture, software development, and API documentation.
