Description:

We specialize in offensive security, including three core services offerings: Penetration Testing, Cloud Security, and Red Teaming.
As a Project Coordinator, you report to the Project Management Office. You will coordinate, organize, and document the activities of enterprise security programs contributing to the success of Offensive Security’s service delivery. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout various stages of the project lifecycle.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project meetings with internal and external stakeholders including Kick offs, Status Updates, and project closure.
  • Support Senior Project Managers or Engagement Managers by preparing agendas, meeting minutes, status reports and tracking project deliverables for enterprise security programs.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders, following up on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Communicate any risks, issues, or delays to projects.
  • Learn, and ultimately lead security projects with small and medium sized businesses.

Essential traits:

  • An understanding of IT and Project Management principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a strong degree of comfort speaking with clients over the phone and videoconferencing.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A “get things done” attitude working solo and with a wider team.
  • Desire to learn more about Project Management and Information Security
