Austral Monsoon Building Products Pty Ltd (AMBP), part of the ASSA ABLOY group is a specialist contractor to the building industry designing, manufacturing and installing products generally for use on building perimeters. Our product range includes proprietary fixed and operable louvres and sun shade / screening systems.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a proven results focussed Project Administrator / Estimator to join the team, based in Carole Park, QLD. The role will be responsible for administration of commercial construction projects to achieve maximum profit and the satisfaction of the client.
- Review project information and scope of work, pricing, and contractual requirements.
- Source any material or external pricing required to be able to put price together.
- Action leads, customer RFI’s and RFQ’s
- Managed customer communication in a timely manner.
- Reconcile, compile and maintain all project files including project forecasting.
- Establish a project program for detailing, manufacture delivery and (if required) installation.
- Prepare manufacture orders (job sheets) with all required information to enable manufacture
- Ensure goods are manufactured and delivered to the client as planned.
- Establish and manage subcontract site installation and costs.
- Action client site instructions, raise variation requests as required and follow up approvals.
- Compile invoice and progress claim information and forward to accounts department.
- Reconcile project sales and costs, resolve variances, and obtain client deed of release.
- Maintain relevant documentation in line with changes and revisions.
- Contributing to achieving sales target by working with the team to meticulously following up quotes and closing sales.
