Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical/control troubleshooting and assist maintenance with mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime
  • Understand the fundamentals of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
  • Understand PLC/robotic logic and make minor revisions
  • Lead troubleshooting with a systematic approach
  • Utilize technical expertise to routinely develop and train operations and maintenance staff
  • Drive continuous improvement in operation’s metrics by identifying, coordinating, and completing projects that will improve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
  • Develop, document, and teach total productive maintenance (TPM) related standard work
  • Monitor equipment cycle-time and own the resolution of issues causing delays
  • Complete daily walk throughs of equipment and proactively identify potential failures
  • Leverage maintenance and operations teams to proactively resolve issues
