Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical/control troubleshooting and assist maintenance with mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Understand the fundamentals of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
- Understand PLC/robotic logic and make minor revisions
- Lead troubleshooting with a systematic approach
- Utilize technical expertise to routinely develop and train operations and maintenance staff
- Drive continuous improvement in operation’s metrics by identifying, coordinating, and completing projects that will improve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
- Develop, document, and teach total productive maintenance (TPM) related standard work
- Monitor equipment cycle-time and own the resolution of issues causing delays
- Complete daily walk throughs of equipment and proactively identify potential failures
- Leverage maintenance and operations teams to proactively resolve issues
