EXPERIENCE/JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • University master degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or a related subject
  • LoB expertise in any of the subject like Logistics/Manufacturing/Finance or technical background
  • Experience in driving (Cloud) customer projects and applying SAP Activate implementation methodology
  • Very good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Very good communication, facilitation and networking skills
  • Basic SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA expertise is required
  • Willingness to acquire extensive product knowledge
  • English fluent speaker
  • 2+ years of professional working experience

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU´LL DO

As a Project Consultant in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Customer Care team in EMEA/MEE you are building the bridge between our customers/partners and our internal stakeholders in Product Management and Engineering.
For the Customer and Partner you will act as a product related advisor along their complete implementation journey or on an ad-hoc basis. You are sharing your feedback with internal stakeholders – this is essential to shape the future direction of the Software as a Service offering. The Cloud Customer Care team is supporting the Product Management team, especially for new functionalities for S/4HANA Cloud. Therefore you will be involved in Early Adopter activities helping customers to adopt the latest innovations.
You will gain in-depth product knowledge and experience from your engagements and will be one of the first experiencing how key product innovations are perceived by our customers.

KEY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Support implementing and strategic customers/partners and become a trusted product advisor
  • Closely work with a variety of stakeholders on Early Adopter programms
  • Identify patterns and bring the customer’s perspective into right channel within SAP to Influence our Software as a Service offering.
