CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:

  • Soft skills to collaborate with a broad range of clients, technical experts, consultants, trades, vendors, and other project partners.
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced computer skills and literacy in scheduling, writing, reporting, and use of other software including MS Word, MS Excel, SAP and Asana are assets.
  • Teachable on Foundry’s product and services to capably manage customer expectations.
  • Ability to effectively discuss and de-escalate situations of conflict with solutions-based thinking.
  • Demonstrate the ability to confidently handle multiple priorities and assignments.
  • Must be able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • 2-5 years of related project coordinator experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to support the project management team with various administrative tasks, tracking and record management.
  • Responsible for the completion of tasks to facilitate smooth project execution, support with problem resolution.
  • Assist with communication and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrate the skills and experience to take direction and work independent to complete tasks to support the smooth delivery of projects.
  • Internal coordination for site measurements, and shop drawing approvals to facilitate timely custom stainless-steel fabrication.
  • Create and maintain project documents such as sales order, change orders and other related project control documents and trackers.
  • Coordinate with purchasing for accurate product specification and optimal incoming product delivery.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and stainless shop for outgoing shipments, deliveries, fabrication, installation, and invoicing of goods.
  • Strong verbal and wrien communication to articulate the requirements to support in the delivery of successful projects for all stakeholders.
  • Assist customers with warranty inquiries for equipment purchases through Foundry
  • Sales support as required, for example quotation creation for projects, house accounts and other relevant customers.
  • Communicate with vendors and factory representatives as required.
