MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to develop business relationships conducted in a professional manner.
  • Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to innovate, adapt, and contribute to evolving processes in a constantly changing environment.
  • Advanced computer skills with an ability to learn new applications efficiently.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and drive for improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially formulas in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Project coordination through various project stages, such as design, construction, initiation, and closeout.
  • Material takeoffs, procurement, pickup coordination, and reconciliation.
  • Management of material inventory, pricing, and purchase orders.
  • Construction coordination, scheduling, and putting together construction packages.
  • Project tracking using various project management tools.
  • Preparing proposal documents and contracts using Microsoft Office.
  • External email and phone communication with suppliers and client administrators.
  • Coordination of property rights.
  • Managing customer invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Maintaining project revenue and expense budgets and schedules, including project setup, change orders, and project closeout.
  • Management of monthly financial processes, including income statements, variance reports, accruals, and work-in-progress.
  • Processing employee timesheets and expense reports.
  • General office administration, including mail, scanning, filing, courier, credit cards, and vehicles.
