Description:
Responsibilities:
- Support site works for the Project Manager in expediting progress at site to meet project schedule
- Monitor compliance to applicable company codes & standards, safety practices, QA/QC policies and meeting performance specification during the Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
- Ensure overall control of the Contractor’s site works specifically on scope of works and ensuring no Variation Orders and to report to Project Manager on the regular site project status
- Review the engineering deliverables from the Engineering team and feedback appropriate information to the Project Manager for any corrective actions at site, if necessary
- Work closely with the QA/QC engineer to ensure quality of works at site are enforced and aligned with the QA/QC quality plan and other documentation such as blowing/Purging/Cleaning procedures, hydrostatic testing procedures, etc.
- Work closely with the Safety Coordinator to ensure the HSE plan and associated documents such as Method Statement and Risk Assessment (MSRA) are reviewed, discussed and agreed with all relevant stakeholders including O&M team
- Ensure the Permit-to-Work (PWT) are issued expeditiously on a daily basis by O&M team for the Contractor to start work quickly
- Ensure team comply with Company’s procedure and work instruction
- Attend the weekly and monthly Engineering / Project meetings with the Project Manager for follow-up action with the Contractors
