Description:

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Basic project management skills
- Awareness of interrelationships within an organization
- Cross-functional communication and leadership skills
- End-to-end thinking within the organization
- Ability to communicate at senior management level
- Willingness to deal with conflict, based on facts and figures
Responsibilities:
- Management of product industrialization after handover from product development
- Management and handling of operational issues arising from (pre-)series production and field performance (availability,…)
- Implementation of cost-out measures
- Developing project plans to lead the cross-functional team in line with the project scope
- Adaptation of the currently released PDP to the current industrialization project / definition of the project structure, if applicable
- Active project management
- Perform day-to-day project management throughout the lifecycle of the program
- Manage the project budget, risks and issues and take corrective actions
- Coordinate projects and their interdependencies
- Utilizing and managing resources for different projects
- Managing product changes in the project together with the Product Change Manager
- Managing project topics with the central functions (installation teams, service & procurement, …)
- Informing and presenting (interim) results to (top) management
