SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (customer-facing) to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in leading and delivering complex projects, working closely with our customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of engagements, working closely with customers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You will leverage your expertise to provide valuable insights and recommendations during project planning and execution while proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
