YOU KEY SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience managing on site concrete works or manufacturing in a concrete precast factory
  • Capable of inspecting concrete structures, reinforcement cages, and spotting defects
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Skills in understanding construction drawings, reports, and other client’s requirements
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel)
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ability to work to tight deadlines, not afraid of challenges
  • Detailed oriented and problem-solver
  • Great collaboration skills

THE IMPACT OF YOUR ROLE

Are you an experienced project manager who loves delivering concrete structures and keeping projects on track? We’re looking for a project manager to help us deliver our innovative and sustainable concrete elements to our client’s construction sites.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver successfully the 3D printed concrete structures we manufacture

  • Project planning: create detailed project plans, defining schedules, budgets, efforts

  • Project coordination: managing and monitoring project phases, coordination of project tasks within the organization (design team, manufacturing team), meeting deadlines and liaising with the client (engineers, site team, contracts manager, etc.)
  • Quality assurance: Ensuring that the concrete elements are according to the client’s specs and free of defects, inspection of manufacturing throughout the process
  • Risk management: identifying, assessing and minimizing project risks
  • Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reports
  • Supply chain management: Placing orders of rebars, concrete or external services required to successfully complete a project.
  • Project reporting: Monitoring spending and time resources through the project, organizing retrospective and sharing lessons learned.
