Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take on the challenges of managing high-value infrastructure projects? Join DCS Group and be responsible for delivering projects valued at up to £3m, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Significant project management experience, ideally within infrastructure or building development.
  • Strong understanding of building terminology, construction processes, and the full project lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with teams and adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities:

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

As a Project Manager at DCS Group, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and tender preparation to final delivery, while dealing with the complexities of contractor management and ensuring regular reviews with the DCS project team. Your focus will be on keeping projects on schedule and within budget, leading to the successful delivery of key infrastructure initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage infrastructure projects worth up to £3m, ensuring all phases, from tender preparation to project completion, are expertly handled.
  • Deal with contractors and navigate the challenges of external partnerships, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Conduct regular reviews with the DCS project team to keep projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, and schedules to ensure compliance and clarity.
