We are building out a new and innovative Clinical Education portfolio where you will have an integral role in moving projects forward such as our interdisciplinary education conference, a new simulation centre and the development of a centre of excellence!
Title: Project Manager, Nursing Projects
Salary: $97,462 – $114,661 – $131,861 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term – March 31, 2025
Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday – Friday (core hours 9am – 3pm)
Location: Sinclair office location. Onsite/Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy in Vancouver, BC – Flexible work schedule

You may have experience in;
- Proven supervisory and management experience
- Proven experience in managing large scale projects,
- Proven experience in risk management and change management

- Overseeing the Interdisciplinary Health Education Conference
- Supporting planning for clinical simulation center
- Support development of a Center of Excellence: Clinical Leadership and Clinical Educatio
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager, Nursing Projects you will be - embarking on a journey to expand support for clinical education and leadership development for clinicians working with First Nations communities in BC. This includes projects such as:
- Overseeing the Interdisciplinary Health Education Conference
- Supporting planning for clinical simulation center
- Support development of a Center of Excellence: Clinical Leadership and Clinical Education
To be successful in this role you will have –
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Business/Health Informatics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of recent direct Project Management experience in managing healthcare service delivery project
