Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Hybrid, Tipton based with travel
Salary: to £55k and benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary construction team. You’ll have the responsibility to deliver an annual programme of works ranging in value from £50K to £2M across Clean Water projects within the Anglian Water Region. You’ll be based out of our Tipton office but have the remit to cover the Anglian area working on some our exciting project for some of our biggest customers.

• Aligning project activities to client’s direction and needs while upholding OneSite’s commitment to maintaining a longstanding relationship with clients.
• Interpreting contract commitments and manage client/contractor expectations in the context of project delivery and contractual engagement.
• Overseeing all project activities and staff to ensure compliance with Health & Safety, design, procurement, financial control, and site management standards.
• Managing projects such as, RBCs, reed beds, chemical dosing and civil works, with a focus on value engineering to ensure affordability for the client.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing project deliverables and interfaces and ensuring key project deliverables are met with the highest quality.
