Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are seeking a Project Manager to ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with the Engineering team to estimate work efforts, define project milestones, and monitor progress. Your role will involve keeping the development team accountable for deadlines, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, identifying and managing risks, and reporting project status to stakeholders.
This is a full-time position. The candidates that apply for this job should be located either in Miami, Virginia, or DC Metro Area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Engineering Team: Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to estimate the effort required for tasks and deliverables.
  • Define Milestones and Goals: Establish clear milestones and goals for project deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Plan and Monitor Sprints: Plan and monitor sprints according to defined milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog and sprint grooming, sprint planning, product demos, and retrospectives.
  • Keep Team Accountable: Ensure the development team meets deadlines and targets.
  • Identify and Manage Risks: Identify potential risks as they arise, manage them effectively, and report on risk status.
  • Report Status: Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders on a defined schedule to ensure transparency and alignment.
