Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Project manage ISO27001 certification project.
  • Manage multiple projects related to digital transformation.
  • Lead concurrent projects from requirements gathering through to achieving deliverables.
  • Maintain project management resources, and procedures for APHN.
  • Ensure projects have appropriate documentation and governance.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings with project team members.
  • Provide structured project update reports to Management.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop change management strategies for each Project at APHN.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL NEED:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft365, Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PMBOK and or BABOK frameworks
  • Provent ability to interpret business requirements and develop detailed project documentation, including business case, project plan, project charter, and WBS with gantt charts.
  • Demonstrate high quality project-based report writing.
  • Have experience facilitating Sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
  • Efficiently manage project resources.
