Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored project plans for each client engagement.
- Collaborate closely with startup founders and teams to understand their vision, challenges/objs.
- Lead cross-practice projects, including migrations, AI/ML product development and launches, and GTM or co-selling strategies.
- Monitor and manage partner and project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders both externally and internally.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement throughout the customer and project lifecycle, driving continuous innovation and value creation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, empathizing with them whilst offering strategic guidance, actionable insights, and best practices in startup growth.
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery and results.
- Support our services automation tools and processes including staffing, resource and partner management
