Your role
- Oversee the entire SAP ECC upgrade project from initiation to completion
- Lead and coordinate a virtual team working across remote and hybrid setups
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly defined and met
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Facilitate workshops, kick-off meetings, and other key project activities
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management and stakeholders
Your skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Proven experience in managing SAP upgrade projects (about 2 years)
- Fluency in English
- Ability to travel occasionally to Germany and Poland for workshops and meetings
Optional:
- Fluency in German
- Availability for hybrid work in Warsaw
