Property Manager

at  BISHAN TOA PAYOH TOWN COUNCIL

The Property Manager reports to the General Manager, Town Council, in the day-to-day operation of a division. He/She will lead a team of Property Executives/Officers in the township management of a portfolio of estates.

• Oversees the performance of the team in the operations and maintenance of the common properties within the town. This include but not limited to the supervision of works carry out by appointed contractors, ensuring compliance and satisfactory workmanship
• Deliver excellent service standard to all stakeholders, comprising residents, community partners and government agencies
• Initiate, plan and execute estate improvement projects from generating innovative solutions, conceptualisation, execution, project management to completion of the projects
• Work closely with Planning & Contract team on invitation of tender for procurement of services
• Provide professional advice to the management team on the operation of the estate

• Ensure stringent compliance with corporate governanceEstablish and maintain good rapport and close partnership with all stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the Property/Facilities Management, with 5 years in a leadership position. Candidate with lesser years of experiences may be considered for Assistant Manager role.
• Candidate with experience in managing developments with asset enhancement projects will have an added advantage
• Good disposition with good interpersonal skill and ability to work under pressure with composure
• No medical barriers and physically fit as the candidate is required to be constantly on the ground moving about.
• Must be willing to work on weekend (when necessary) to be involved in activities such as advisors’ visit to residents etc.
