Job Description:
Der Standort Teltow entwickelt und fertigt elektronische Bauteile, die hauptsächlich auf der Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW)-Technologie basieren. Die meisten Produkte sind kundenspezifisch. Unser Standort umfasst Produktionsbereiche mit unterschiedlichen Reinraumklassen für den Frontend- (Waferfertigung) und Backend-Bereich (Montage). Zur Produktion gehört auch eine umfangreiche HF-Testausrüstung. Wir sind international in den Bereichen Mobilkommunikation, Industrieelektronik, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Verteidigung und Sensorik tätig.
Sie berichten an den Manager Process Engineering und sind Teil des Process Engineering Teams. Als Prozesstechniker Frontend Process Engineering unterstützen Sie die Produktion und wirken an der Optimierung bestehender und der Entwicklung neuer Prozesse mit. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie das Process Engineering Team in den Bereichen Instandhaltung, Prozesskontrolle und Analyse.

Weitere Einzelheiten zu den Erwartungen und Verantwortlichkeiten in dieser Position:

• Unterstützung der Frontend-Prozesse für SAW-Filter und Oszillatoren, inkl. Entwicklung und Wartung der Anlagen und Werkzeuge.
• Unterstützung des Process-Engineering-Teams bei der Verbesserung der Ausbeute, Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung sowie bei der Datenerfassung und -auswertung.
• Beitrag zu den Anforderungen an neue und optimierte Anlagenspezifikationen und zugehörige Werkzeuge.
• Starkes technisches Interesse an der zunehmenden Übernahme von Verantwortung für Prozesse und Fertigungsanlagen.
• Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit anderen relevanten Abteilungen, um eine hohe Produktivität in der Verfahrenstechnik zu gewährleisten.

The Teltow location designs and manufactures electronic components, mainly based on Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) technology. Most products are customer specific. Our site includes production areas with different clean room classes for the frontend (wafer manufacturing) and backend (assembly) areas. The production also includes extensive RF test equipment. We are internationally active in the areas of mobile communications, industrial electronics, aerospace, defense and sensor technology.
Reporting to the Manager Process Engineering, you will be part of the Process Engineering team. As a Process Technician, Frontend Process Engineering, you will support the production and contribute to the optimization of existing and the development of new processes. You will also be involved in supporting the Process Engineering team in the field of maintenance, process control and analysis.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifikationen/Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
• Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert

Kompetenzen:

• Erfahrungen in Fertigungstechnologien für elektronische Bauteile
• Erfahrungen mit Frontend-Anlagen und Prozessen sind wünschenswert
• Praktische Erfahrung bei der Unterstützung von technischen Evaluierungen und Experimenten
• Sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an “Soft Skills”

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Completed technical apprenticeship program required
• relevant working experience would be appreciated

Competencies:

• Experiences in manufacturing technologies for electronic components
• Experiences in frontend equipment and processes are desirable
• Hands-on approach to support technical evaluations and experiments
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Capacity for teamwork and high level “soft skills”
