QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer.
• Understand in IQC, IPQC & OQC processes and functions.
• Experience in supplier quality audits.
• Preference for experience in rubber/plastic products industry.Knowledge of TS16949 Quality system is advantageous.

• Participate in 3rd party and customer audits, supporting follow-up actions.
• Ensure product quality meets specifications and drawings.
• Facilitate new product introductions and maintain proper documentation.
• Handle customer feedback from receipt to investigation and response.
• Verify scrap products before initiating the scrapping process.
• Provide support for Quality Policies and objectives.Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
