Am Standort Gambro Dialysatoren GmbH sind wir innerhalb des Baxter-Konzerns auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von innovativen Dialysatoren und Dialyse-Kathetern spezialisiert. Rund 1.300 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter engagieren sich täglich die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit Nierenerkrankungen oder Nierenversagen zu verbessern.
In Ihrer neuen Funktion als Qualitätsingenieur (m/w/d) Control & Training, sind Sie für die qualifizierte fachliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Quality Mitarbeiter zuständig.

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in einem medizintechnischen oder pharmazeutischen Unternehmen
• Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung und- schulung
• Trainingserfahrung ist wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
• Teamfähigkeit und strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Produkten
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
