ITT Bornemann GmbH is a company of the ITT Corporation and is one of the leading manufacturers of screw pumps and system solutions for various fields of application such as the oil and gas, pharmaceutical and food industries. At our location in Obernkirchen/near Hanover we employ about 240 people.

The requirements:

• Technical expert in engineering
• ERP- Pro Alpha knowledge an advantage
• Knowledge of measurement and testing technology
• Understanding of DIN ISO 9001:2015
• Knowledge and experience of quality tools
• Knowledge of various manufacturing processes
• self motivated and driven
• Team player over multiple disciplines
• Good communication skills
• Communication in German and English written and verbal is a mus

• Driving quality message and ethos in the valve department with VBM, VPM and QM.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of the quality management system in the valve department.
• Receipt inspection on purchased parts for valves and systems for compliance.
• Material tests using an XRF spectrometer (PMI test).
• Measurement and visual final/exit inspection on valves and systems for compliance with customer specifications according to specified drawings and test plans.
• Measurement and collation of any customer specific quality requirements.
• Monitoring the production processes and, if necessary, defining improvements including documentation.
• Development and improvement of Valve customer complaints process
• Ownership of customer complaints process
• Ownership of deviations and preparation of deviation reports
• Ownership of Valve documentation, DOCWARE.
• Creation of quality/training materials and training of production employees.
• Monitoring and execution of measuring equipment for calibration status.
