QUALITY MANAGER

Come and be part of our team at Elopak. We are looking for a Quality Manager for our factory in Lystrup, Aarhus, with over 300 dedicated employees. We take pride in delivering high-quality packaging solutions that ensure food safety and freshness. Our commitment to excellence and innovation drives our success and growth.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and improve our quality management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management in the food packaging industry and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in quality, production, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the food or packaging industry.
• Knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP).
• Experience with quality management software and tools.
• Good knowledge of working with lean and continuous improvements.

• Leading the quality organization with a focus on developing the quality culture.
• Collaborating with production and other relevant stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues, including promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Optimizing and developing the quality organization and its processes, efforts, and results.
• Responsible for maintaining and expanding certifications, including BRC, 9001, etc.
• Conducting audits and occasionally participating in customer visits.
• Handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Participating in strategy work and implementation at the Lystrup factory.
