EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Technology and/ or a minimum of 10 years of quality or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with evidence of continued education in technical problem solving techniques. Minimum of 5 years management experience and ability to travel abroad. Familiarity with ISO/TS practices. Effective written and oral communications skills Spanish required with conversation English capability. Must have computer MS Office (Mini-Tab or equal, SAP a plus), demonstrated budget management, and proven leadership in a competitive - fast paced manufacturing environment
