The Quality Manager will be responsible for driving the manufacturing and the inre location for capable production processes and best in class results on Quality, Environment, Health and safety. Leads Quality objectives to support the introduction and ongoing support of new products introduced to the production facility, represents product Safety as a quality representative, facilitates stop delivery or production in case of safety risks and/or failures with high exposure through CAPA facilitation and leadership, support and/or Lead the development, planning, implementation and maintenance of the integrated management system (IMS) including Quality, Environment, Health and Safety Systems across the entire organization in (DEFINE MANUFACTURING LOCATION) and if applicable, take the accountability for the ISO17025 certified laboratory as specified in the ISO norm as well as specified from the regultary bodies.
Serve as Quality Lead to effectively and continuously improve the performance and the level of maturity across all functions and locations of the mentioned organization.
CORE TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Process Improvement, Six-Sigma
- PPAP and related Quality tools
- QEHS System, Standards and Procedures
- ISO, VDA, shop floor auditing
- Continuous improvement projects, methods, tools
- Understanding Requirements and specifications
EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Required Minimum Years of Experience: 7+ to 10
- Highly experienced in a quality related role within a manufacturing company
- VDA 6.3 or ISO 9001 Auditor with proven process auditing skills
- Advanced skills in applying Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, SCAR
- Fully conversant with Management Systems, preferably ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 17025
- Good understanding of process mapping, evaluation and control
- Required Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor, Master preferred
- Degree in Engineering Discipline (prefer mechanical, electrical or Industrial Engineering)
- Certified ISO and/or VDA auditor
- Six-Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt Preferred)
