As the Quality Manager heading the quality department, you will supervise, develop, and control the handling of quality issues according to standards and internal and customer requirements. The quality department consists of quality engineers, a laboratory assistant, and a testing team. Further, you will conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Hence, FMEA is an approach you are familiar with.

Your contribution is key for everyone in our production:

• Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure the quality of end products
• Provide advice and solutions to the business regarding quality improvements
• Implement and follow up on quality audits in production
• Overall responsibility for ensuring the management system/business processes always are up to date
• Ensure the maintenance of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
• Ensure preparations and participate in the management review
• Maintain and oversee observance of standards
• Daily management of the team

This position is located at our production site in Asnæs, and you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both locally and globally. Some travel days a year are included in the role.
