Your Job
The Quality Manager is accountable as the Quality representative to all medical and automotive customers. You will help mature the Quality Management System to meet each customer’s quality requirements. You will drive manufacturing quality and support supplier and logistics quality to ensure product quality meets the needs of each unique customer. You will be part of the site’s Quality leadership team and will be an integral part of the day-to-day execution and strategic direction setting.

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)
- Fundamental Quality Knowledge (ISO 13485,ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA6.3, QC tools (FMEA/SPC/MSA)
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP
- Proven experience in leadership in automotive/medical Quality
- Leadership skills
- Problem solving tools (8D, 5why, FTA)
- Business level English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Improve, maintain, and mature a Quality Management System for both medical and automotive production
- Direct Leader of Quality Engineering Supervisors for medical and automotive production managing a group of Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians
- Support product Quality from incoming inspection through finished device/component release to customers
- CAPA, Quality Notification, and Quality Deviation Management
- Lead inspection and audit preparation activities and serve as Front Room SME
- Quality Improvement and related KPIs compliance
- Serve as the main Quality contact for customers in both industries
- Product Quality decision-making authority
