Our Federal Government client is seeking and APS 5 and APS 6 Sourcing Officers to support the team with ensuring the best value for money is achieved while sourcing partners and delivering sourcing projects.

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the team to achieve project activities including the initiation, planning and strategy, market approach, evaluation, negotiation and contract formation and contract execution
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the understanding of internal requirements
  • Understanding how changes impact the Partner’s contracts, statement of requirements and sourcing options from a commercial, legal and probity perspective
  • Assisting with the review of contract terms to align with legislative changes, policy updates, practice improvement or changing organisational priorities
