RECEPTIONIST /ADMINISTRATOR
- £11.53 an hour
We are working exclusively with this company based in the Welwyn Garden City area who are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team as a temp whilst they look to find a permanent candidate for the role.
Your duties will include meeting and greeting clients and staff, answering inbound calls and transferring to the relevant departments and being helpful to all. Provide administrative help where required as well as general filing of invoices. Other duties include franking all mail and dealing with stationery orders. Ensuring that the cupboards are kept tidy.
Working for this family run friendly company; you will be well presented, with an excellent command of written and spoken English and responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, helping them with their queries, with an excellent telephone manner, confident and have worked as a receptionist previously ideally.
You will have used excel, word and have a good understanding of computers and feel confident using them. The role involves answering calls, putting them through to relevant staff, taking messages and sending emails as well as ad hoc duties. Apply ASAP to secure your opportunity
