RECEPTIONIST QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma, required.
- Bilingual English / Spanish, required.
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills, ability to handle customer requests to close a sale and escalated complaints.
- Computer and technical skills.
- Be able to work flexible, full-time schedule, weekends and holidays.
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience – 1 to 3 years of experience as a receptionist and/or in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers, assist them with the check-in process. Ask about their needs in a professional manner to determine the nature of their visit.
- Provide a pleasant experience from the moment our customers walk-in the store.
- Receiving and routing incoming phone calls. Answer basic inquiries.
- Following up with customers in regards of application process, missing documentation, titles, and service needs.
- Assist the sales team with customers documentation and uploading into the system.
- Diplomatically handle customer complaints and refer them to the appropriate individual for resolution.
- Assist management with clerical duties.
