RECEPTIONIST QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma, required.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish, required.
  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills, ability to handle customer requests to close a sale and escalated complaints.
  • Computer and technical skills.
  • Be able to work flexible, full-time schedule, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check
    Experience – 1 to 3 years of experience as a receptionist and/or in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet walk-in customers, assist them with the check-in process. Ask about their needs in a professional manner to determine the nature of their visit.
  • Provide a pleasant experience from the moment our customers walk-in the store.
  • Receiving and routing incoming phone calls. Answer basic inquiries.
  • Following up with customers in regards of application process, missing documentation, titles, and service needs.
  • Assist the sales team with customers documentation and uploading into the system.
  • Diplomatically handle customer complaints and refer them to the appropriate individual for resolution.
  • Assist management with clerical duties.
