Description:
We are looking for a
- Answer all incoming phone calls for Sales Reps and Staff.
- Greet customers professionally and with politeness.
- Securing and processing customer deposits via point-of-sale terminal.
- Updating the inventory list for Tagged and Sold vehicles.
- Sales Support duties as directed by the Center Manager.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies for the dealership location.
- Coordinate various request to outside vendors for facility issues. ie Plumbers, HVAC, etc.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good attention to detail
EXPERIENCE
Required
- 3 year(s): Professional telephone etiquette is a must. Office Receptionist, Administrative and Customer Service skills are strongly desired,
